At our doorstep you will find Reinheimen National Park, Geiranger World Heritage Area, several nature reserves and Tafjord, a hidden UNESCO world heritage fjord. An area well worth exploring!

Our bestseller! This is a long hike through varied nature with many highlights. The hike takes us through traditional Norwegian farm land and wild nature, with multiple viewpoints with spectacular view. We will stop at Ruggå, a large boulder, and try to make Ruggå sing for us! The first half part is the same as “Viewpoint Ruggå”. From Ruggå we follow a panoramic trail with an amazing fjord view while we climbing higher up and pass Nysætra, an old mountain farm. After a steep climb, eventually we end up at peak Mefjellet and a spectacular view. We will here enjoy the best view towards the hidden UNESCO fjord Tafjorden, mountains, and valleys around.

Viewpoint Ruggå 3-4 hours

Perfect for families! This is the perfect family hike through traditional Norwegian farm land and wild nature, with multiple viewpoints with spectacular view. We will stop at Ruggå, a large boulder, enjoy our lunch and try to make Ruggå sing for us! Before we continue we will of course enjoy at the amazing view towards Valldal valley and mountains around. On the way back we will follow a different trail, a panoramic trail giving us spectacular mountain and UNESCO fjord view.
